UTILISATION DU Genapol PF 80 FP:
Genapol PF 80 FP est utilisé comme agent mouillant pour les mélanges solides dans la construction industrie. Genapol PF 80 FP est appliqué pour les enduits et mortiers à base de ciment, gypse ou de la chaux.

 

 

Genapol PF 80 FP a les propriétés suivantes:
- Mouillage amélioré des fines particules de plâtre ou de mortier sec
- Plastification et ouvrabilité améliorée du plâtre ou du mortier
- Améliore les performances du plâtre ou du mortier et fait gagner du temps

La poudre Genapol PF 80 FP est un tensioactif non ionique à faible mousse pour l`industrie chimique. Cette poudre blanche peut être utilisée en combinaison avec d`autres tensioactifs non ioniques, anioniques et cationiques. La poudre Genapol PF 80 FP résiste aux sels de dureté de l`eau et aux acides et alcalis aux concentrations normalement utilisées. La poudre Genapol PF 80 FP a une bonne action de mouillage et de dispersion associée à une faible tendance à mousser.

Genapol PF est un agent tensioactif et antimousse non ionique faiblement moussant destiné à être utilisé dans les détergents et les agents de nettoyage. Il est également utilisé comme émulsifiant faiblement moussant dans la polymérisation en émulsion et comme agent dispersant pour les pâtes et préparations pigmentaires. Ce produit est un liquide légèrement trouble et incolore composé d'un copolymère séquencé d'oxyde de propylène et d'oxyde d'éthylène, contenant 20% p / p d'oxyde d'éthylène.

Genapol PF a une bonne action de mouillage et de dispersion associée à une faible tendance à la mousse. It is also used as a low foaming emulsifier in emulsion polymerization and as a dispersing agent for pigment pastes and preparations. This product is a slightly cloudy, colorless liquid that is composed of block copolymer of propylene oxide and ethylene oxide, containing 20% w/w ethylene oxide.

Genapol PF 20 has good wetting and dispersing action coupled with low foaming tendency. Within the Genapol® PF series, the products with a lower degree of ethoxylation have a better foam-suppressing effect than the products with a higher degree of ethoxylation. Typical applications include rinsing aids, detergents for dishwashers and bottle-rinsing machines and industrial cleaning formulations.

 

Compatibility of Genapol PF
Genapol PF 40 can be used in combination with other nonionic, anionic and cationic surfactants. Genapol PF 40 is resistant to water hardness salts and to acids and alkalis in the concentrations normally used. Preliminary tests are required.

EMULSION POLYMERIZATION of Genapol PF
Genapol PF 40 is also used as a low-foaming emulsifier in emulsion polymerization to improve the latex stability. Genapol PF 40 improves the freeze-thaw stability, electrolyte and shear stability of polymer dispersions. Dosages are between 1 - 3% on monomers.

 

 

PIGMENT PREPARATIONS AND DISPERSIONS of Genapol PF
Genapol PF 40 is used as wetting and dispersing agent for pigment pastes and preparations. In combination with polyacrylates Genapol PF 40 improves the wetting of hydrophobic pigments like talc, prevents the sedimentation and thixotropy of pigment dispersions. Depending on the particle size of the pigments Genapol PF 40 is added at dosages of 0,5 - 3% to the dispersion

 

SILICONE EMULSIONS of Genapol PF: Genapol PF 40 is used as emulsifier for silicon emulsions used e.g. as silicone based foam control agents.
