Tetramethylthiuram monosulfide (TMTM)

Tetramethylthiuram Monosulfide, also called TMTM or Tetramethylthiuram Sulfide, is an organosulfur compound with the formula ((CH3)2NCS)2S. 

Tetramethylthiuram Monosulfide (TMTM) is a yellow solid that is soluble in organic solvents. 

Tetramethylthiuram Monosulfide (TMTM) is used as an activator in the sulfur vulcanization of natural and butyl rubbers.

Tetramethylthiuram Monosulfide (TMTM) is used as an accelerator and activator in the processing of natural rubbers and butyl rubbers.

Tetramethyl thiuram monosulfide is used in manufacturing cables, tires, rubber hoses, belts, brilliant and transparent products, rubber shoes, and products resistant to heat, among other things.

Tetramethylthiuram Monosulfide (TMTM) is widely used in the agricultural industry to protect crops from fungal diseases and in the rubber industry to accelerate the vulcanization process.

Tetramethylthiuram Monosulfide (TMTM) is a non-staining, non-discoloring, fast-curing secondary accelerator with excellent storage stability. 
Tetramethylthiuram Monosulfide (TMTM) can be used alone or in combination with other NR, SBR, NBR, Butyls, Neoprene, and Reclaim Rubber accelerators. 

Tetramethylthiuram Monosulfide (TMTM) provides excellent processing safety while still allowing for high cure activity.
