ORP Thermobond 74
ORP Thermobond 74 is a redispersible powder obtained by drying a Vinyl Acetate / Acrylic copolymer emulsion with PVA as a protective colloid. The chemical composition of the polymer ensures the coalescence of the redispersible polymer at low temperatures and ensures good adhesion to mineral substrates. ORP Thermobond 74 is used for modifying mixtures containing various binders. Thanks to its special physical / chemical composition, ORP Thermobond 74 improves the adhesion, elasticity and water resistance of mortars. Especially because of the elastic nature of ORP Thermobond 74 works very well under lateral deformation conditions.
Recommended area of ​​application
Cement basecoats applied to EPS and XPS boards in SFTK 3.0 - 5.0%.
Adhesives for EPS and XPS boards in SFTK 1.0 - 2.0%.
Elastic tile adhesives (S1 and S2) 3.0 - 7.0%.

ОПИСАНИЕ: Редиспергируемые порошки представляют собой дисперсии, высушенные методом распылительной сушки. При замешивании в воде они снова образуют стабильную дисперсию, характеристики которой сравнимы с исходной.
Важнейшее свойство редиспергированных в воде порошков состоит в том, что при отверждении раствора они создают «резиновые мостики» в порах цементного камня и на границе с основой. При высыхании они образуют пленки и выполняют роль вяжущего, т.е. в процессе сушки или схватывания они скрепляют пигменты и
наполнители, повышая сцепление с органической или неорганической основой.

Полимерные порошки используют как добавки к строительным смесям для улучшения гибкости, прочности, термо- и влагостойкости, для долговременной эффективности. Применение полимерных порошков значительно повышает качество используемых смесей, обеспечивает удобство проводимых работ и гарантирует качественный конечный результат.

ORP Thermobond 74 is a redispersible powder produced by drying an emulsion of Vinyl Acrylic copolymer with PVOH as protective colloid. The specific chemical composition of the polymer allows coalescence of the redispersed polymer at low temperatures and provides good adhesion on mineral substrates. ORP Thermobond 74 is used to modify mixtures containing hydraulic binders. Due to  particular chemical / physical compositionof ORP Thermobond 74 ,  ORP Thermobond 74 improves adhesion, ORP Thermobond 74 improves flexibility and ORP Thermobond 74 improves water resistance of mortars containing hydraulic binders such as cement, gypsum or lime. ORP Thermobond 74 can be used in mortar formulations where good flexibility/elasticity, recovery and thixotropic behavior is required.

Due to excellent flexibility  of ORP Thermobond 74 and water resistance of ORP Thermobond 74, ORP Thermobond 74 can be used for manufacturing of cementitious base coats applied on EPS&XPS boards in ETICS. The recommended dosage of ORP Thermobond 74 is 3.0 – 5.0 %.

ORP Thermobond 74  is used in Adhesives for EPS&XPS boards in ETICS: The recommended dosages: 1.0 – 2.0 %.

ORP Thermobond 74  is used in Tile Adhesives (S1 & S2): The recommended dosages: 3.0 – 7.0 %.

ORP Thermobond 74 aynı zamanda kullanılan kağıt ; ORP Thermobond 74 kaplama boya bağlayıcı olarak; diğer endüstriyel kaplamalar ve dokunmamış olarak cam elyaf ; ORP Thermobond 74 kağıtları ve tekstil terbiyesinde kullanılır.  ORP Thermobond 74 Vinil asetat polimerleri dekoratif boyalarda bağlayıcı olarak kullanılmaktadır ORP Thermobond 74 kolloid stabilize ter-polimerlerinin kullanımı oldukça yaygın olmakla birlikte; ORP Thermobond 74 emülsiyon ve boyaların stabilitesini arttırmak için; ORP Thermobond 74 yüzey aktif madde ile stabilize edilmiş Vinil asetat ter-polimerinin iyi donma sağladığı yaygın olarak bilinmektedir.


Polivinil asetat ayrıca aşağıdakiler gibi diğer polimerleri yapmak için hammaddedir. ORP THERMOBOND 74 Ürünü Kapsamları: ORP Thermobond 74 gerekli olduğu yerde kuru karışımların bileşiminde kullanılabilir.
