MERGAL K14 est un conservateur en conserve offrant un large éventail de
activité contre les bactéries, les levures et les champignons. MERGAL K14 est à action rapide et possède un
excellent rapport qualité-prix. MERGAL K14 est recommandé pour
dispersions de polymères, peintures au latex en dispersion, stuc, modificateurs de rhéologie,
adhésifs, pâtes pigmentaires et autres systèmes de revêtement. Agents réducteurs dans
des quantités assez faibles dégradent rapidement les isothiazolinones.

Mergal K14 est un conservateur liquide soluble dans l'eau pour le contrôle des bactéries, levures, moisissures et algues dans les adhésifs, les émulsions, les peintures et revêtements en dispersion, les fluides pour le travail des métaux et les matériaux de construction. MERGAL K14 est un conservateur d'isothiazolinone (CMIT / MIT) formulé qui offre un large spectre d'activité contre les bactéries, les levures, les champignons et les moisissures. MERGAL K14 est recommandé pour les adhésifs à base d'eau, les suspensions de pigments et d'argile, les solutions d'amidon, les mastics, les peintures et encres au latex, les solutions de mouillage, les émulsions de polymère, les rhéologymodificateurs et les émulsions de cire. Le produit a une action rapide et convient aux systèmes avec un pH de 3 à environ 8 ou 9.
PERFORMANCE
MERGAL K14 démontre une performance améliorée et une activité accrue par rapport aux bactéricides isothiazolinones conventionnels. En général, MERGAL K14 offre une vitesse d'assainissement améliorée et une plus grande résilience contre les intrusions répétées de micro-organismes. MERGALK14 est plus stable dans cet environnement difficile et conserve plus de pouvoir désinfectant lorsque les produits CMIT / MIT conventionnels subissent une perte d'activité significative. Dans certains marchés et applications, MERGAL K14 est souhaitable d'avoir de faibles niveaux de chlorométhyl isothiazolinone (15 - 30 ppm). MERGAL K14 est un excellent choix pour ces applications car MERGAL K14 est une combinaison synergique de conservateurs (avec seulement une partie de sa composition en tant que CMIT).
APPLICATION
MERGAL K14 est un produit liquide facilement incorporable dans les systèmes à base d'eau. Pour de meilleurs résultats, les produits doivent être ajoutés le plus tôt possible dans le processus de production. Si des températures élevées ou des valeurs de pH fortement alcalines sont attendues pendant la production, MERGAL K14 doit être ajouté une fois ces conditions contrôlées.

Mergal K14 is a water-soluble liquid preservative for control of bacteria, yeast, mold, and algae in adhesives, emulsions, dispersion paints and coatings, metalworking fluids, and building material. MERGAL K14 is a formulated isothiazolinone(CMIT / MIT) in-can preservative that provides a broad spectrum of activity against bacteria,yeasts, fungi and molds. MERGAL K14 is recommended forwaterborne adhesives, pigment and clay slurries,starch solutions, sealants, latex paints and inks,fountain solutions, polymer emulsions, rheologymodifiers and wax emulsions. The product isfast acting and suited for systems with a pH of 3up to approximately 8 or 9.
PERFORMANCE
MERGAL K14 demonstrates improved performance and enhanced activity overconventional isothiazolinone bactericides. Ingeneral, MERGAL K14 provides improvedspeed of sanitation and greater resiliency againstrepeat intrusions of micro-organisms. MERGALK14 is more stable in this difficult environmentand retains more sanitizing power whereconventional CMIT / MIT products suffer asignificant loss of activity. In certain markets andapplications, MERGAL K14 is desirable to have lowChlormethyl isothiazolinone levels (15 - 30 ppm). MERGAL K14 is an excellent choice forthese applications as MERGAL K14 is a synergisticcombination of preservatives (with only a portionof its composition as CMIT).
APPLICATION
MERGAL K14 is a liquid product easilyincorporated into waterborne systems. For bestresults, the products should be added as early inthe production process as possible. If hightemperatures or highly alkaline pH values areexpected during production, MERGAL K14 should be added after these conditions are controlled.
