Description:The LUVIMER MAE grades contain 0.7% sodium lauryl sulfate and 2.3% Polysorbate 80 as emulsifying agents. (The percentages refer to the solid substances.) The fatty acids used in the manufacture of Polysorbate 80 are of vegetable origin. The LUVIMER MAE grades are weakly acidic copolymers that dissolve at a pH above 5.5.
Product Form: LUVIMER MAE 100 P is a white redispersible powder with a faint characteristic odour. The neutralized carboxyl groups in the powder make it easy to redisperse in water without further auxiliaries. The properties and processing requirements of latices produced with it are the same as those of Kollicoat® MAE 30 DP, from which it is manufactured.
