GENAPOL X 1005 USE
EMULSION POLYMERIZATION
Genapol X 1005 can be used in emulsion polymerization to reduce coagulation and to improve electrolyte resistance and freeze/thaw stability. Genapol X 1005 is added to the emulsion before, during or after the polymerization process. Dosages: 0,5 – 3,0% on monomers.
BITUMEN EMULSIONS
Genapol X 1005 can be used as emulsifier for slowly breaking bitumen emulsions.
Dosages: 0,5 – 1,5% on the emulsion.
PIGMENT PREPARATIONS
Genapol X 1005 improves the stability and reduces the viscosity and thixotropic behaviour of pigment preparations. Dosages: 3 – 6% on the preparation.
