Acrylates/Steareth 20 Itaconate Copolymer polymers are acrylic emulsion thickeners designed for use in such hard-to-thicken formulations as hair dyes, relaxers, permanent waving ,lotions, specialty gels, and depilatories. These associative, alkali-swellable polymers are well-suited for such formulations because of their thickening efficiency over a broad alkaline pH range and their stability in many aggressive environments.
