LAURYL GLUCOSIDE

Lauryl Glucoside is a  biodegradable non-ionic mild surfactant that offers good wetting and detergency properties, exhibits low streaking and filming, and produces stable foam.

Lauryl Glucoside is a plant-based surfactant made from Coconut or Palm Oil and has one of the best foaming capacities and good dermatological compatibility.

Due to its gentle cleansing and emulsifying properties, Lauryl Glucoside benefits products such as shampoos, bath foams, and shower gels to add foam depth and emulsifying properties.

Our customers use Lauryl glucoside in their product formulations to remove dirt and deposits by surrounding dirt particles to loosen them from the surface they're attached to so they can be rinsed away.

Lauryl glucoside is a glycoside produced from glucose and lauryl alcohol.

Lauryl Glucoside (C12-14 Fatty Alcohol Glycoside) is part of a range of nonionic environmentally friendly surfactants.

Lauryl Glucoside is derived from fatty alcohols from coconut & palm kernel oils and glucose from corn.

Thus, Lauryl Glucoside is biodegradable.

Lauryl Glucoside is ethylene oxide- & sulfate-free.

Because of their non-toxicity, non-irritation, and excellent surface active performances, APGs are widely used in detergents, cosmetics, and medicines.

Lauryl Glucoside offers mildness to the skin, low toxicity, and good hydrotropic & solubilizing properties.

Lauryl Glucoside has low surface tension and strong detergency with mildness, rich foaming ability, and good stabilization performance.

Lauryl Glucoside exhibits medium to high foaming and excellent wetting, dispersing & surface activity.

This grade is light yellow, turbid, and ropy water solution.

Lauryl Glucoside provides excellent coordinated action with other surfactants and compatibility with skin.

Lauryl Glucoside shows compatibility with strong acids and all other types of surfactants.

It is soluble in highly caustic systems and can produce rich & stable foam.

Lauryl Glucoside is recommended for personal care shampoo, body wash, and creams & lotions.

Lauryl Glucoside and Decyl Glucoside ingredients are formed by reacting alcohol or mixtures of alcohols (that vary by carbon chain length) with a cyclic form of the sugar, glucose, or glucose polymers.

Lauryl Glucoside is formed by reacting a 12- 14 carbon chain alcohol, lauryl alcohol, with a cyclic form of glucose.

Decyl Glucoside is formed by reacting a 10-carbon chain alcohol, decyl alcohol, with a cyclic form of glucose.

Lauryl Glucoside and Decyl Glucoside may be used in baby products, bath products, cleansing products, skin care products, eye makeup, and hair care products, including hair dyes and colors.
