Yoğun Egzersiz
Egzersiz yaparken, vücudunuz enerji için glikozu parçalamak için oksijen kullanır. Yoğun egzersiz sırasında, işlemi tamamlamak için yeterli oksijen bulunmayabilir, bu nedenle laktat adı verilen bir madde üretilir. Vücudunuz bu laktatı oksijen kullanmadan enerjiye dönüştürebilir. Laktik Asit Nasıl Oluşur?
Laktik asit oluşumu, kasların alışık olmadığı şekilde çalıştırılmasıyla başlar. Spor esnasında karbonhidrat gurubunda bulunan organik bir bileşen olan glikojen, enerjiye çevrilerek vücuda güç verir. Glikojen, kana en hızlı kavuşma gücüne sahip bir maddedir. Bu çevirme esnasında glikojen parçalanırken oksijene ihtiyaç duyulur ve zamanla oksijen miktarında azalma görülebilir. Oksijensiz bir ortamda üretilen enerji, vücudun laktik asit üretmesine sebebiyet verir. Laktit asit, kaslarda birikme yaptıktan sonra karaciğer organına yerleşir ve bir süre sonra yeniden enerji olarak kullanılmak üzere parçalanır. Ancak bu karaciğere taşınma durumu, sporcunun bünyesiyle ilgilidir. Karaciğere taşınamayarak kaslarda birikmeye devam eden laktik asit, beyin ve sinir sisteminde yer edinerek yorgunluğa, halsizliğe sebebiyet verebilir. Laktik Asit Oluşumunu Engellemek İçin Neler Yapılabilir?Başlamakta olduğunuz egzersizde ne kadar iyi olursanız olun, yavaş ve kendinizden emin adımlarla ilerleyin. Özellikle spora yeni başlıyorsanız ya da ara verdiyseniz daha dikkatli olun. Birdenbire ağır sporlara yönelmek vücudunuzun laktik asit oluşturmasına sebebiyet verebilir. Egzersizlerinizi yavaş yavaş başlatıp sırayla hızlandırmak en doğrusudur. Beslenme düzeninize özen gösterin. Öğün atlamayın ve bol bol su içmeyi ihmal etmeyin. Bunun yanı sıra uyku düzeniniz de laktik asidi etkileyebilecek önemli konular arasında. Uykunuzu tam anlamıyla aldığınızdan emin olun. Zaman zaman kullanılan bazı ilaçların yan etkileri de laktik asit oluşumuna sebebiyet verebilir. Eğer şüphelendiğiniz bir ilaç varsa doktorunuza mutlaka danışın. Temel kaynağı glikojen olarak adlandırılan bu bileşilk glikojen olarak adlandırılmakta olan karbonhidratın yıkımı sonucu oluşan bir yan üründür. Ayrıca Anaerobik glikoz sonucunda pirüvat üretildiği zaman da kas hücresinin laktik asiti aerobik olarak enerji üretimine katmayı denediği görülür. Eğer kas hücresi üretilen tüm pirüvatı kullanma kapasitesine sahip olmadığı görülürse pirüvat laktata döndüğü görülür. Çözeltide asidik gruptan bir proton kaybeder ve laktat iyonunu oluşturur ve bu iyonun da suda ve etanolde kolaylıkla çözünebilir ve hidroskopiktir. Laktik asit, ekşi süt ve peynir, yoğurt gibi süt ürünlerinde ve şaraplarda doğal olarak bulunmaktadır. Diğer asitlerden farklı olarak daha viskoz ve uçucu olmayan bir sıvı olan laktik asidin diğer bir özelliği de diğer asitliği düzenleyicilere kıyasla gıdalarda koruyucu özelliğinin yüksek olmasıdır. Laktik asidin sudaki çözünürlüğü oldukça yüksek olup, sulu çözeltide esterifikasyona uğraması ise değişik bir özelliğini oluşturmaktadır. Laktik asit, fermente ve salamura gıdalarda mikroorganizma gelişiminin önlenmesi amacıyla kullanılmaktadır. Gıda endüstrisinde en geniş kullanım alanı ise süt endüstrisi ve fermente gıdalardır. Sentetik laktik asit  ticari olarak deri tabaklanması ve yünlerin boyanmasında, gıda işleme ve karbonlu içeceklerde aroma maddesi ve koruyucu olara , plastik, solvent, mürekkep ve laklarda hammadde olarak ve sayısız kimyasal proseste katalizör olarak görev yapmaktadır. Laktik asidin çok farklı konsantrelerde (genellikle %22-85) sulu çözeltileri bulunmakta ve saf laktik asit renksiz, kristalimsi bir yapı göstermektedir.

Siyah zeytin salamura uygulamalarında, zeytinler yüksek yoğunluğa sahip salamuralar içinde bekletilmektedirler. Bu yüzden üst yüzeyde yanak oluşumundan başka olarak, kırışıklıklar meydana gelmektedir. Koruma amaçlı olarak yüksek yoğunluklu salamura yerine normal salamura kullanıp ortam pH değerini 4,2'ye ayarlamak yeterli olacaktır. Ayrıca laktik asit kullanımı sonrasında lezzet üzerinde çok olumlu etkileri sebebiyle, laktik asitle işlenen zeytinler uluslararası piyasalarda daha fazla rağbet görmektedir.Laktik asitin diğer kullanım alanı yüksek kaliteli turşuların yapımıdır. Zira Asetik asit gibi boğazda yakıcı bir tat bırakmamakla beraber, asetik aside göre çok daha hoşa giden, yumuşak ve devam ettirilebilir tat bırakmaktadır. Ayrıca petrolden elde edilen sentetik asetik asit gibi zararlı metal iyonlarını ihtiva etmez. Çünkü doğal laktik asit sadece saf şekerin fermentasyonundan elde edilebilmektedir. Üretici bakteri olan Lactobacillus bulgaricus başka bir kaynağı verimli olarak kullanamamaktadır. Zira şekerlemelerde, kullanılan aromanın cinsine bağlı olmakla beraber hissedilen meyve tadını arttırıcı ve ağızda daha ferah bir tat bırakıcı etkisi vardır. Genellikle malik asit, laktik asit ve sitrik asidin kombinasyonu, şekerleme endüstrisinde oldukça yoğun olarak kullanılmaktadır. Laktik asit esas olarak ekşi süt ürünlerinde, örneğin koumiss, laban, yoğurt vb. Bulunur. Fermante sütteki kazin laktik asit ile pıhtılaştırılır. Laktik asit ayrıca mayalı ekmeklerin ekşi lezzetinden sorumludur. LACTİC ACİD
Lactic acid is an organic acid. It has a molecular formula CH3CH(OH)COOH. It is white in solid state and it is miscible with water.[2] While in liquid state (dissolved state) it is a colorless solution. Production includes both artificial synthesis as well as natural sources. Lactic acid is an alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA) due to the presence of carboxyl group adjacent to the hydroxyl group. It is used as a synthetic intermediate in many organic synthesis industries and in various biochemical industries. Lactic acid is chiral, consisting of two enantiomers. One is known as l-(+)-lactic acid or (S)-lactic acid and the other, its mirror image, is d-(-)-lactic acid or (R)-lactic acid. A mixture of the two in equal amounts is called dl-lactic acid, or racemic lactic acid. Lactic acid is hygroscopic. dl-Lactic acid is miscible with water and with ethanol above its melting point, which is around 16, 17 or 18 °C. d-Lactic acid and l-lactic acid have a higher melting point. Lactic acid produced by fermentation of milk is often racemic, although certain species of bacteria produce solely (R)-lactic acid. On the other hand, lactic acid produced by anaerobic respiration in animal muscles has the (S) configuration and is sometimes called "sarcolactic" acid, from the Greek "sarx" for flesh.
In animals, l-lactate is constantly produced from pyruvate via the enzyme lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in a process of fermentation during normal metabolism and exercise. It does not increase in concentration until the rate of lactate production exceeds the rate of lactate removal, which is governed by a number of factors, including monocarboxylate transporters, concentration and isoform of LDH, and oxidative capacity of tissues. These bacteria can also grow in the mouth; the acid they produce is responsible for the tooth decay known as caries.[10][11][12][13] In medicine, lactate is one of the main components of lactated Ringer's solution and Hartmann's solution. These intravenous fluids consist of sodium and potassium cations along with lactate and chloride anions in solution with distilled water, generally in concentrations isotonic with human blood. It is most commonly used for fluid resuscitation after blood loss due to trauma, surgery, or burns.

History
Swedish chemist Carl Wilhelm Scheele was the first person to isolate lactic acid in 1780 from sour milk. The name reflects the lact- combining form derived from the Latin word lac, which means milk. In 1808, Jöns Jacob Berzelius discovered that lactic acid (actually l-lactate) also is produced in muscles during exertion.[14] Its structure was established by Johannes Wislicenus in 1873. In 1856, the role of Lactobacillus in the synthesis of lactic acid was discovered by Louis Pasteur. This pathway was used commercially by the German pharmacy Boehringer Ingelheim in 1895.
In 2006, global production of lactic acid reached 275,000 tonnes with an average annual growth of 10%.[15]
 

Chemical production
Racemic lactic acid is produced by the addition of hydrogen cyanide to acetaldehyde and subsequent hydrolysis, forming lactonitrile. During power exercises such as sprinting, when the rate of demand for energy is high, glucose is broken down and oxidized to pyruvate, and lactate is then produced from the pyruvate faster than the body can process it, causing lactate concentrations to rise. The production of lactate is beneficial for NAD+ regeneration (pyruvate is reduced to lactate while NADH is oxidized to NAD+), which is used up in oxidation of glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate during production of pyruvate from glucose, and this ensures that energy production is maintained and exercise can continue. During intense exercise, the respiratory chain cannot keep up with the amount of hydrogen ions that join to form NADH, and cannot regenerate NAD+ quickly enough.

After all, the production of lactate- from a neutral molecule must increase [H+] to maintain electroneutrality. The point of Robergs's paper, however, was that lactate- is produced from pyruvate-, which has the same charge. It is pyruvate- production from neutral glucose that generates H+:
 

Brain metabolism
Although glucose is usually assumed to be the main energy source for living tissues, there are some indications that it is lactate, and not glucose, that is preferentially metabolized by neurons in the brain of several mammalian species (the notable ones being mice, rats, and humans).[25][26] According to the lactate-shuttle hypothesis, glial cells are responsible for transforming glucose into lactate, and for providing lactate to the neurons.[27][28] Because of this local metabolic activity of glial cells, the extracellular fluid immediately surrounding neurons strongly differs in composition from the blood or cerebrospinal fluid, being much richer with lactate, as was found in microdialysis studies.[25]

LACTIC ACID REACTIVITY
Lactic acid is a carboxylic acid. Carboxylic acids donate hydrogen ions if a base is present to accept them. They react in this way with all bases, both organic (for example, the amines) and inorganic. Their reactions with bases, called "neutralizations", are accompanied by the evolution of substantial amounts of heat. Neutralization between an acid and a base produces water plus a salt. Carboxylic acids with six or fewer carbon atoms are freely or moderately soluble in water; those with more than six carbons are slightly soluble in water. Soluble carboxylic acid dissociate to an extent in water to yield hydrogen ions. The pH of solutions of carboxylic acids is therefore less than 7.0. Many insoluble carboxylic acids react rapidly with aqueous solutions containing a chemical base and dissolve as the neutralization generates a soluble salt. Carboxylic acids in aqueous solution and liquid or molten carboxylic acids can react with active metals to form gaseous hydrogen and a metal salt. Such reactions occur in principle for solid carboxylic acids as well, but are slow if the solid acid remains dry. Even "insoluble" carboxylic acids may absorb enough water from the air and dissolve sufficiently in Lactic acid to corrode or dissolve iron, steel, and aluminum parts and containers. Carboxylic acids, like other acids, react with cyanide salts to generate gaseous hydrogen cyanide. The reaction is slower for dry, solid carboxylic acids. Insoluble carboxylic acids react with solutions of cyanides to cause the release of gaseous hydrogen cyanide. Flammable and/or toxic gases and heat are generated by the reaction of carboxylic acids with diazo compounds, dithiocarbamates, isocyanates, mercaptans, nitrides, and sulfides. Carboxylic acids, especially in aqueous solution, also react with sulfites, nitrites, thiosulfates (to give H2S and SO3), dithionites (SO2), to generate flammable and/or toxic gases and heat. Their reaction with carbonates and bicarbonates generates a harmless gas (carbon dioxide) but still heat. Like other organic compounds, carboxylic acids can be oxidized by strong oxidizing agents and reduced by strong reducing agents. These reactions generate heat. A wide variety of products is possible. Like other acids, carboxylic acids may initiate polymerization reactions; like other acids, they often catalyze (increase the rate of) chemical reactions. Slowly corrodes most metals [USCG, 1999]. MANUFACTURING PROCESS of LACTIC ACID
Lactic acid can be produced naturally or synthetically. Commercial lactic acid is produced naturally by fermentation of carbohydrates such as glucose, sucrose, or lactose.In the natural production process, lime or chalk is added and the raw materials are fermented in a fermenter and crude calcium lactate is formed. The gypsum is separated from the crude calcium lactate, which results in crude lactic acid. The crude lactic acid is purified and concentrated and L(+) lactic acid is the result. Lactic acid is found primarily in sour milk products, such as koumiss, laban, yogurt, etc. The casein in fermented milk is coagulated by lactic acid. Lactic acid is also responsible for the sour flavor of sourdough breads. This acid is used in beer brewing to lower the wort pH in order to reduce some undesirable substances such as tannins without giving off-flavors such as citric acid and increase the body of the beer. Some brewers and breweries will use food grade lactic acid to lower the pH in finished beers. In winemaking, a bacterial process, natural or controlled, is often used to convert the naturally present malic acid to lactic acid, to reduce the sharpness and for other flavor-related reasons. This malolactic fermentation is undertaken by the family of lactic acid bacteria. As a food additive, lactic acid is used as a food preservative, curing agent, and flavoring agent. It is an ingredient in processed foods and is used as a decontaminant during meat processing. Lactic acid has gained importance in the detergent industry the last decade. It is a good descaler, soap-scum remover, and a registered anti-bacterial agent. It is also economically beneficial as well as part of a trend toward environmentally safer and natural ingredients.

Some evidence suggests that lactate is important at early stages of development for brain metabolism in prenatal and early postnatal subjects, with lactate at these stages having higher concentrations in body liquids, and being utilized by the brain preferentially over glucose.[25] It was also hypothesized that lactate may exert a strong action over GABAergic networks in the developing brain, making them more inhibitory than it was previously assumed,[29] acting either through better support of metabolites,[25] or alterations in base intracellular pH levels,[30][31] or both.[32]
Studies of brain slices of mice show that β-hydroxybutyrate, lactate, and pyruvate act as oxidative energy substrates, causing an increase in the NAD(P)H oxidation phase, that glucose was insufficient as an energy carrier during intense synaptic activity and, finally, that lactate can be an efficient energy substrate capable of sustaining and enhancing brain aerobic energy metabolism in vitro.[33] The study, "provides novel data on biphasic NAD(P)H fluorescence transients, an important physiological response to neural activation that has been reproduced in many studies and that is believed to originate predominately from activity-induced concentration changes to the cellular NADH pools."[34]

Blood tests for lactate are performed to determine the status of the acid base homeostasis in the body. Blood sampling for this purpose is often by arterial blood sampling (even if it is more difficult than venipuncture), because lactate differs substantially between arterial and venous levels, and the arterial level is more representative for this purpose.

Two molecules of lactic acid can be dehydrated to the lactone lactide. In the presence of catalysts lactide polymerize to either atactic or syndiotactic polylactide (PLA), which are biodegradable polyesters. PLA is an example of a plastic that is not derived from petrochemicals.

Pharmaceutical and cosmetic applications
Lactic acid is also employed in pharmaceutical technology to produce water-soluble lactates from otherwise-insoluble active ingredients. It finds further use in topical preparations and cosmetics to adjust acidity and for its disinfectant and keratolytic properties.

Foods
Lactic acid is found primarily in sour milk products, such as koumiss, laban, yogurt, kefir, and some cottage cheeses. The casein in fermented milk is coagulated (curdled) by lactic acid. Lactic acid is also responsible for the sour flavor of sourdough bread.

In lists of nutritional information lactic acid might be included under the term "carbohydrate" (or "carbohydrate by difference") because this often includes everything other than water, protein, fat, ash, and ethanol.[37] If this is the case then the calculated food energy may use the standard 4 kilocalories (17 kJ) per gram that is often used for all carbohydrates. But in some cases lactic acid is ignored in the calculation.[38] The energy density of lactic acid is 362 kilocalories (1,510 kJ) per 100 g.[39]
Some beers (sour beer) purposely contain lactic acid, one such type being Belgian lambics. Most commonly, this is produced naturally by various strains of bacteria. These bacteria ferment sugars into acids, unlike the yeast that ferment sugar into ethanol. After cooling the wort, yeast and bacteria are allowed to "fall" into the open fermenters. Brewers of more common beer styles would ensure that no such bacteria are allowed to enter the fermenter. Other sour styles of beer include Berliner weisse, Flanders red and American wild ale.[40][41]
In winemaking, a bacterial process, natural or controlled, is often used to convert the naturally present malic acid to lactic acid, to reduce the sharpness and for other flavor-related reasons. This malolactic fermentation is undertaken by lactic acid bacteria.

As a food additive it is approved for use in the EU,[43] USA[44] and Australia and New Zealand;[45] it is listed by its INS number 270 or as E number E270. Lactic acid is used as a food preservative, curing agent, and flavoring agent.[46] It is an ingredient in processed foods and is used as a decontaminant during meat processing.[47] Lactic acid is produced commercially by fermentation of carbohydrates such as glucose, sucrose, or lactose, or by chemical synthesis.[46] Carbohydrate sources include corn, beets, and cane sugar.[48]

L'acide lactique est un acide organique qui joue un rôle dans divers processus biochimiques. Un lactate est un sel de cet acide (ou autrement dit la forme ionisée de l'acide lactique). Contrairement à ce que peut laisser penser son appellation, l'acide lactique n'est pas présent uniquement dans le lait d'où il a été extrait pour la première fois par le chimiste suédois Karl Wilhelm Scheele9. On le trouve également dans le vin, certains fruits et légumes, dans les cellules animales où il est dissocié et présent sous forme de lactate ainsi que dans certaines préparations.
 
L'acide lactique est un acide alpha hydroxylé, sa formule chimique est C3H6O3 et sa structure se reflète dans son nom systématique, l'acide 2-hydroxypropanoïque.

L'atome de carbone 2 portant le groupe hydroxyle est asymétrique rendant la molécule d'acide lactique chirale. Il se présente donc sous forme de deux énantiomères :
 
 
(R)-acide lactique ou D(-)-acide lactique
(S)-acide lactique ou L(+)-acide lactique
En solution, le groupe carboxyle -COOH peut perdre un ion H+. Ainsi l'acide lactique (C3H6O3) se transforme en ion lactate : CH3CHOHCOO-.
 
Par contre dans le muscle, il est ajouté au pyruvate (C3H3O3) deux ions H+ pour former le lactate (C3H5O3-)[Ce passage est incohérent].
L'acide lactique est soluble dans l'eau et considéré comme un acide faible (pKa=3,90), c'est-à-dire que la réaction de dissociation dans l'eau n'est pas totale :
 
CH3CHOHCOOH + H2O ⇄ CH3CHOHCOO- + H3O+
On trouve donc à la fois en solution l'acide lactique et sa forme basique, l'ion lactate, en proportions variables selon le pH.
 
 
Effort musculaire et fermentation lactique
L'acide lactique est l'un des produits-clés de la production d'énergie dans les muscles notamment. La respiration cellulaire (consommation de sucres en vue de produire de l'énergie) peut être décomposée en deux grandes étapes, la première est la glycolyse, la partie cytoplasmique du processus, qui a lieu en l'absence de dioxygène. Elle fournit du pyruvate, lequel alimente la seconde partie, mitochondriale, de la respiration cellulaire (cycle de Krebs et phosphorylation oxydative) qui aboutit à la réduction du dioxygène en eau. À un bout de la chaîne, du glucose est oxydé, et à l'autre, du dioxygène est réduit. L'énergie dégagée est récupérée par la cellule.
 
Si l'apport en oxygène est supérieur à la consommation de sucre, alors la totalité de l'acide pyruvique produit est immédiatement consommée dans la partie mitochondriale.
Si la consommation de sucre devient supérieure à l'apport en oxygène (efforts intenses) alors une partie de l'acide pyruvique produit en première partie de processus est réduite en acide lactique, ce qui permet au cycle oxydatif de la glycolyse de continuer. C'est une fermentation. La partie mitochondriale est saturée et le rendement énergétique s'en trouve très diminué. Néanmoins, cette théorie consommation de sucre / consommation d'oxygène est remise en question10. Quant au rendement énergétique anaérobie, il semble proportionnellement plus élevé que le rendement énergétique aérobie, contrairement à ce qui est admis généralement11.
L'acide lactique s'accumule dans la cellule, puis est hydrolysé quasi instantanément après sa production en lactate + H+. Ce lactate passe la membrane cellulaire pour se retrouver dans la circulation sanguine. Le foie le recycle finalement en acide pyruvique pendant qu'une autre partie est oxydée par le myocarde ainsi que par les muscles moins sollicités par l'effort sportif. Le lactate est métabolisé environ une heure après l'effort sans aucune activité post effort sportif, soit bien avant l'apparition des courbatures12, dont il n'est donc pas responsable.
 
Fermentation bactérienne
Il existe deux grands types de fermentation bactérienne qui produisent de l'acide lactique : dans le vin et les produits laitiers.
 
 
Dans le vin, il s'agit de la fermentation malolactique : l'acide malique, naturellement contenu dans le vin, est dégradé en acide lactique sous l'action des bactéries.
Dans le lait et les produits laitiers, l'acide lactique provient de la dégradation du lactose par les bactéries. Plus un lait est frais, moins il contient d'acide lactique. La concentration en acide lactique dans un lait s'exprime en degré Dornic (°D) : 1 °D correspond à 0,1 g d'acide lactique par litre de lait. Un lait frais contient de 15 à 18 °D, il caille à 60-70 °D.
Les organismes responsables de l'apparition d'acide lactique sont les lactobacilles. Lorsqu'ils opèrent dans la bouche, l'acide lactique produit peut entraîner des caries.
 
Ce mode de fermentation lactique se produit aussi sur certains légumes (chou = choucroute, et autres légumes dits « lacto-fermentés »). L'acide lactique utilisé comme AHA dans les cosmétiques n'est pas extrait du lait mais, par exemple, du sucre de betterave, de myrtille, etc.
 
Utilisations13
Directement dans l'alimentation humaine
L'acide lactique est utilisé dans l'industrie alimentaire comme additif (E270) en tant qu'antioxygène, acidifiant ou exhausteur de goût. L'acide lactique se présente aussi sous forme de sels : sel de sodium (E325), de potassium (E326) et calcium (E327). Ces sels sont sous formes de poudre et sont également solubles dans l'eau14. Il agit comme agent bactériostatique notamment sur des bactéries pathogènes comme la salmonelle (ou la listeria) et aussi un effet dépresseur d'activité de l'eau14.
 
D'après des recherches ayant eu lieu au Québec15, il semblerait que l'acide lactique soit un des moyens les plus naturels pour prévenir le cancer de la vessie, mais aussi celui de la peau.
 
En cosmétique
Cet acide est parfois utilisé dans le cadre d'un peeling esthétique, notamment pour les peaux colorées (des gammes de produits de décoloration esthétique sont composées d'acide lactique) ; toutefois, cet acide doit être appliqué sous surveillance d'un dermatologue et dans des conditions de dosage et de dilution spécifique selon le type de carnation du patient.
 
 
Comme agent décontaminant et détergent
L'acide lactique a gagné en importance dans l'industrie des détergents après les années 2000. C'est un bon détartrant, un dissolvant à savon et un agent antibactérien. Il est également avantageux sur le plan économique et s'inscrit dans une tendance vers des ingrédients plus sûrs et naturels pour l'environnement. L'acide lactique est utilisé dès lors aux États-Unis pour la décontamination bactérienne des carcasses bovines en abattoir. La viande bovine soumise à cette pratique à d'abord été interdite par l'Union européenne, car l'utilisation de l'acide lactique vise ici à corriger un manque d'hygiène lié à des pratiques d'abattage peu rigoureuses. Dans le cadre du compromis sur l'importation de la viande bovine nord-américaine vers l'Europe suite à l'embargo du bœuf aux hormones, cette utilisation a été finalement autorisée après la publication du règlement européen 101/2013 de début février 201316. En Europe, cette pratique est en principe traçable.
 
 
Historique
L'acide lactique a été découvert par Carl Wilhelm Scheele (1742-1786).
 
 
Commerce
La France, en 2014, est nette importatrice d'acide lactique, d'après les douanes françaises. Le prix moyen à la tonne à l'import était de 1 400 €17.
