ORGAL PST 50A
Dekoratif inşaat boyaları farklı bağlayıcı teknolojilerine sahiptirler. Bu farklılıklar, performans özellikleri, yerel pazarın ihtiyaçları ve
çevre/sağlık ile ilgili konulara göre şekillenmektedir. Bunların en başında gelen stiren akrilik bağlayıcı polimerler yüksek pigment
bağlama gücü ve hidrofobik karakterinin sağlamış olduğu yüksek ovalama direnci nedeni ile halen birçok pazarda ilk sırada tercih
edilmektedir. Bu teknoloji ile üretilen bağlayıcılar genel olarak amonyak içermektedir ve üründe keskin bir kokuya neden
olmaktadır. Organik Kimya müşterilerden gelen talepler doğrultusunda yeni nesil amonyak içermeyen ve çevreye duyarlı polimer
olan ORGAL PST 50A'yi geliştirmiştir. ORGAL PST 50A hem iç hem de dış cephe boya uygulamaları için geliştirilmiş %50 katı
madde içeren stiren akrilik bir polimerdir. Polimerin genel özellikleri şekil 1'de gösterilmiştir.
ORGAL PST 50A aşağıdaki boya formülasyonlarında kullanım için uygun olabilecek şekilde geliştirilmiştir.
• Mat ve yarı-parlak iç ve dış cephe boyaları,
• Tekstürlü boyalar,
• Akrilik iç/dış cephe sıvaları,
• Dolgu vernikleri/astarlar,
• Macunlar.
ORGAL PST 50A'nin performansını test etmek için markette kullanılan amonyak içeren (A+) /içermeyen (A-) rakip ürünler seçilerek
temel özellikleri analiz edilip kıyaslama yapılmıştır (Şekil 2 ).
ORGAL PST 50A polimeri çeşitli poliüretan reoloji düzenleyicileri ile mükemmel bir etkileşim sağlamaktadır. Resim 2'de Orgal PST
100 E ve diğer stiren akrilik polimerler ile yapılan %30 PVC içeren boyanın son viskozitesini 7000-8000 cps'ye eşitlemek için
kullanılan poliüretan kıvamlaştırıcının oranları gösterilmiştir. Burada ORGAL PST 50A'nin diğer stiren akrilik polimerlere kıyasla ne
kadar iyi bir performans sergilediği ve maliyet avantajı sağladığı görülmektedir.
Bu yeni nesil polimer sahip olduğu yenilikçi teknoloji ile çeşitli renklendirici sistemleri ile mükemmel renk şiddeti performansına
sahiptir. Resim 3'de farklı renklerle olan renk şiddeti kıyaslaması görsel olarak görünmektedir. ORGAL PST 50A polimeri kullanılan
boya daha iyi renk şiddeti vermektedir.
ORGAL PST 50A ile yapılan boyalarda ovalama direnci performansı diğer stiren akrilik polimerlerle yapılan boyalara kıyasla çok daha
iyidir.ISO 11998 standardına göre yapılan teste göre boya yüzeyinde meydana gelen mikron kaybı performansı belirler. Boya
yüzeyindeki mikron kaybının azalması performansın daha iyi olduğunu gösterir. Resim 5'de kıyaslama sonuçları gösterilmiştir.

ORGAL PST 50A is an APEO-free, universal styrene acrylic copolymer emulsion. ORGAL PST 50A Used as a universal paint binder suitable for most flat to semi gloss paints for interior and exterior, high build textured coatings, quartz coatings, and moisture barrier coatings. ORGAL PST 50A forms clear, hard and glossy films when dried above 22°C. Offers very good scrub and water resistance, high pigment binding capacity and very good adhesion. ORGAL PST 50A has a shelf life of 12 months at 5-25°C.

ORGAL PST 50A is an APEO free, universal styrene acrylic copolymer that forms clear, hard and glossy
films when dried above 20°C. ORGAL PST 50A has very good scrub resistance and water resistance,

PRODUCT HANDLING - STORAGE - SHELFLIFE
To ensure safe storage of this emulsion, containers should be well sealed to prevent the water
evaporation and skin forming. The emulsion must be stored between 5-25°C for a maximum of 12
months and freezing must be avoided.

ORGAL PST 50A
Decorative construction paints have different binder technologies. These differences are shaped according to performance characteristics, local market needs and environmental / health issues. The most styrene acrylic binder polymers are the first choice in many markets due to their high pigment bonding strength and high scrub resistance provided by their hydrophobic character.
The binders produced with this technology generally contain ammonia and cause a sharp odor in the product. Organic Chemistry developed ORGAL PST 50A, a new generation ammonia-free and environmentally sensitive polymer, in line with the demands of customers. ORGAL PST 50A is a styrene acrylic polymer with 50% solids developed for both interior and exterior paint applications. The general properties of the polymer are shown in figure 1.
ORGAL PST 50A has been developed to be suitable for use in the following paint formulations.
• Matte and semi-gloss interior and exterior paints,
• Textured paints,
• Acrylic interior / exterior plasters,
• Filling varnishes / primers,
• Putties.
